Janet Anderson Dodson is a highly compassionate and caring woman dedicated to serving animals in need. Janet is praised by working with families to find the right match. In October 2007, she founded Dogtired Ranch Small Dog Rescue and Shelter, Inc. in Mena, Arkansas as a living memorial to her daughter, Kristi Gwen O'Pry, who loved all dogs.

Bobby R. Dodson
Founding Vice-President
Bobby Dodson is a hard-worker who is committed to helping the animals, everyday. He has been happily married to Janet Dodson for over 30 years and between the two of them, they have eight daughters and a gang of grandchildren! Bobby is from Cotton Valley, Louisiana and enjoys country living on Dogtired Ranch. He helps feed and water the dogs daily, builds fencing, dog housing and maintains the Ranch. He and Janet travel weekly to drop off adopted animals for transport and he is a constant companion to the animals.
