Dogtired Ranch requires that you fully discuss adopting a particular dog with all decision makers in the home before you complete a Dogtired Ranch adoption application; this prevents any bumps in the road in the adoption process.

Dogtired Ranch - Adoption Application
Dogtired Ranch requires potential adoptees to fill out this form completely. Our goal is to not lose money and our adoption fee for local residence includes: spay/neuter, 7 or 5 Way Booster shot. For dogs being transported the adoption fee includes: spayed/neutered, three year rabies, 5 or 7 Way Booster shot, bordatella, heart worm screening, wormed and grooming. Transport is extra at $125 for all dogs which come from our Southern organization, which can be paid directly to the transport company. Please feel free to contact us by phone at (479) 216-6044.

We require all animals adopted from Dogtired Ranch to have continued vaccinations and proper vet care. If for any reason the adopted dog does not work out, we require that the animal be returned.
We, like other shelters, do not offer refunds, however we are willing to try a more suitable dog from our shelter for your family.
